Milk Knife
Milk Knife is the musical project of Hamilton-based artist and photographer Paige Paton. Known for working across analog and digital processes, her approach to sound is just as tactile: DIY, raw, and instinctive.
Rooted in lo-fi recording and experimental songwriting, Milk Knife’s main influences include Alex G, Grouper, Xiu Xiu and Spirit of the Beehive.

Sullen
Sullen is a project helmed by Harmony Weber, has come to fruition in the form of a 3 piece band alongside bandmates Taylor Finnigan and Trevor Cooke.
Their sound is one of precise dynamics, and combines flowing, melodic shoe-gaze-inflected grunge and emo textures. Weber’s often heart-wrenching lyrics revolve around navigating the hardships of young adulthood; abusive relationships, mental health, gender identity, and sobriety.
